Winamp Skin "Devay" Notes

Devay has been made for the Devay.com since they needed one and more so because they asked
me to make it.

Vica's notes:
- Designed to have a portable mp3/MD player look to it with the RCA Lyra as the inspiration for
  the LCD layout.

- the graphics are not the best but at the time I did the gfx, they were good, but by the time
  I was coding it, it began to suck :P

- the PL shade mode is ment to be simple, so don't flame me for recycling gfx

- the color themes are cool hope you like um, didn't realize I had so many until I had 92, then
  of course it only made sense to make it 100 in all :)

- Special thanks to all the members at Devay.com for allowing me to put their name on this skin.
  Looking forward to making a version 2 some day, if so desired.

- As a tip, if you turn on one of the one screen displays eq presets, turn it back off just after,
  that way once you restart winamp, another time, the X-bass button won't automatically be turned
  off.
